Behind the Shed Red
Named after the storage shed which previously neighbored the winery, this wine remains the favorite for those who like their wine dry and red. A blend of three Midwestern grape varieties (Chancellor, St. Croix, and Geneva Red), this wine is deep red in color, with bright fruit aromas of blackberry and plum, and is full-bodied with a smooth finish. This wine should age well for several years. Indulge, and mix with chocolate or a fine cigar. (Or, if you dare, both!)

Lucy Lane
Named after our dog Lucy, this red wine is delectably sweet and rich in flavor. A blend of several grapes, although classic Concord aromas and flavor are easily discerned. A delicious accompaniment to any light meal or dessert, or very drinkable on its own. The favorite for those who enjoy sweeter wines. Try with cheesecake.

Seyval Blanc (the grape variety)
This dry white wine has been fermented and then aged for 10 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This aging process imparts subtle aromas of vanilla and butter, and increases flavor complexity. Made using traditional winemaking practices, yet sophisticated in taste. For a delicious pairing, try with goat cheese, chicken or fish.
